Yeah, yeah, I know.
The hunting fitness expert is putting out info on how to lose weight without training. It seems like it's some kind of clickbait bullshit. But I assure you, friend, it is not.
There will be times when you can't train but still want to lose weight. Setbacks happen, and you often don't see them coming.
Now, most people give up on weight loss when they can't workout. You are not going to do that. Because in the YouTube video below, I walk you through a case study from my work with one of my Packmule Apex clients.
He can't train right now due to an injury. But weight loss is still his main priority. So, we're getting it done without working out.
